Applegarth Retail was founded by Gemma Pratt, focusing on her passion for Retail and Real Estate.

Gemma has worked for some of the largest retail brands; Tesco, H&M and Claire’s, in addition to REIT Land Securities and real estate business, Savills.

Gemma has built her expertise in retail portfolio management and has a track record in optimising real estate to reflect the needs and aspirations of the retailer.

In 2018 Gemma entered the world of Concession Development and in 2020 became focused solely on Concessions, delivering fast paced growth with a variety of retail partners - opening over 1,000 new locations during 2020 and 2021. New partnerships were established and developed with Asda, Matalan, Tesco and Casino, whilst existing relationships were maximised with partners such as Toys Centre and the wider Pre Natal Group.
